Jennefer’s journey into public accounting began unexpectedly in 2005 when she took on a temporary admin role during tax season and has never looked back. What started as a short-term opportunity quickly became a lasting career, leading her to spend over a decade at her previous firm. After welcoming her youngest daughter, Jennefer sought more balance and found it at DSWD. Following a three-hour interview, she knew she’d found a place where her career and personal life could truly thrive. What she loves most about DSWD is its people-first culture thanks to the partners and management team who genuinely value every team member and foster an environment rooted in respect, appreciation, and balance.
