Jose brings a global perspective and people-first mindset to his work in public accounting. He spent the majority of his career at a Big 4 firm, working across multiple offices including Houston, London, and Copenhagen, where he gained exposure to a wide range of clients and industries. While he enjoys the technical side of accounting, Jose is especially drawn to understanding how businesses operate and contributing to their long-term growth. His ability to connect with clients, communicate clearly, and improve processes makes him a valuable part of any team. Jose joined DSWD because of the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the firm’s future and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Outside of work, his competitive spirit shows up in board games, and he enjoys staying connected to Spanish and Latin entertainment.
