Melissa joined DSWD after relocating to Orland Park and seeking a workplace closer to home following the birth of her first child. Though she had never worked on Broker Dealer audits before, she embraced the challenge and grew to love the work – eventually training others to enjoy it as well. As the firm’s first-ever employee, she has had a front-row seat to its growth while maintaining the collaborative spirit that drew her over ten years ago.
