I’ve always had an entrepreneurial side to me. I built and ultimately sold my own investment banking firm, an experience that shaped how I think about growth, opportunity, and what it really means to build enterprise value. From there, my career evolved into consulting and professional services, eventually leading me to become a partner at a national accounting and consulting firm.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs and business owners at different stages of their journeys, and I’ve always enjoyed helping them think about what comes next. DSWD gave me the opportunity to bring those experiences together-entrepreneurship, M&A, growth, strategy, and advisory while returning to an industry I know well. Just as importantly, I really liked the people, the entrepreneurial culture, and what they are building here. It felt like the right opportunity at the right time.
